We'd rather you knew exactly what we keep about you than wondered. Here's the table, and the two paragraphs that go with it.

| What we collect | Why we need it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and the phone number you give us | So someone can call you back and set up a walk-through | Us, and the independent contractor who takes your job |
| Your ZIP code and what you tell us about the yard | To route the right crew and bring the right people to the visit | Us and that contractor |
| The number you called from, the time, and a recording if you didn't decline it | To get the details right and to see which pages bring in calls | Us; a recording is kept only as long as the job needs it |
| Which pages on this site were opened, counted without cookies | To see what people read; it doesn't identify you | Us, as totals only |
| Your address and the scope of a job, when a permit or HOA submittal is needed | So the contractor can file with the City of Austin, a suburb's building office or your HOA | That office or committee, and nobody else |
We hold job records for as long as a warranty, a permit or a tax rule needs them, and then we let them go. We don't sell your details, we don't trade lists, and there are no advertising pixels or social-network scripts on this site. If the law requires us to hand something over, we will, and that's the only other case.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it once a job is closed and no warranty is open; email the address above and we'll do it without a fuss. You can say no to call recording the moment the call starts. This site is for adults arranging work on a property in Central Texas, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under eighteen.
